A block of counselling and life-coaching sessions can have a profound effects. Discussing issues or dilemmas helps to process events and emotions, and invariably leads to insights. A series of eight sessions is recommended for profound realisations to happen and for permanent change to occur. Within a few weeks, negative habits can be eliminated, and new ones can be established for a fresh, healthy and positive ways to live and enjoy life.

Sessions are individualised. Whenever suitable, I maximise the benefits of therapy or coaching by including mindfulness in the sessions. This can help people to keep stress under control. Mindfulness techniques can be transformative during sessions to deepen our awareness and find the solutions we need to improve our lives. Once learned, they can then be used in any circumstance.
